Finnish construction company YIT Development has set its sights on two significant projects in Kraków, Poland, specifically in the areas of Zabłocie and Górka Narodowa.

The first project, located on Portowa Street in Zabłocie, promises to offer future residents a superior living standard. YIT is committed to providing an enhanced residential experience with the development featuring top-floor apartments that boast panoramic views of the city's boulevards, the Vistula River, and the Kraków skyline. This development, which includes commercial spaces and underground parking facilities, received its building permit at the beginning of this year.

Meanwhile, the second project in Górka Narodowa is currently in the phase of obtaining a building permit. YIT's plan for this site involves the construction of a structure with two above-ground levels and an underground garage, further contributing to the architectural and residential landscape of Kraków.
