SoftServe, a Leading Ukrainian Software Firm, Expands into Romania with New Bucharest Headquarters
SoftServe, a prominent Ukrainian software and consulting service provider and one of Eastern Europe's largest tech companies, has recently established its first Romanian headquarters in Bucharest. According to a report by Profit.ro, the company is set to end 2023 with a local employee count increase of over 200%.
Prior to inaugurating its new office in Charles de Gaulle Plaza, SoftServe had provided its Bucharest employees with the option to work from a central co-working space in the capital.
In a move to further its presence in Romania, SoftServe has also arranged for additional workspaces in Cluj. Employees in this city can now access a co-working hub through Pluria, which offers a national network of flexible working locations.
Dan Paraschiv, Country Manager for SoftServe Romania, noted that while Bucharest and Cluj currently house the majority of their employees, the company's remote work model enables the formation of teams throughout Romania.
