Benet Automotive has been acquired by the tech group Teijin.  The Japanese company has taken over the Czech company.  Benet is an automotive composite and component manufacturer and was previously owned by Jet Investment.

Benet’s reputation in supply and production will provide a foundation for Teijin’s own activities in the arena of component supply for customers based within Europe.  The acquisition is seen as a vital part of its strategy to meet the needs of their customers who demand toughness, lightness and flexibility, while continuing to maintain their own productivity and profitability.
